He also recommends weekly fasting, like on Sunday, eating only organic food, and daily meditation with yoga. He also likes Brahmi, an Ayurvedic herb for the mind, Bananas and Pomogranite. In fact, he is fighting off cataracts by eliminating all dairy from his diet, and working with an herbalist, Castor Oil, and Pomogranite Juice.
